Oxburgh Hall
Sunday, March 6, 2011 at 10:18AM Oxburgh Hall ... No one ever forgets their first sight of Oxburgh. A gorgeous, moated manor house, it was built by the Bedingfeld family in the 15th century and is still breathtaking today. Inside, there is a secret priest's hole which you can crawl inside. Also, incredibly, needlework by Mary, Queen of Scots. Outside, you can enjoy panoramic views from the gatehouse roof and follow the woodcarving trails in the gardens and woodlands. The late winter drifts of snowdrops are not to be missed. Easter events for children and free garden tours every day. Childrens' trails in the gardens and house all year.
