Space

There is a floor space of 3500 sq ft,  much bigger than the average holiday cottage.  The living area is spacious with huge comfortable sofas, library, hifi, plasma tv with DVD player and DVD's, Sky Sports and children's channels, foldable table tennis and a cozy, no fuss, gas fire.  The kitchen is hand built and is well equipped for entertaining  with high quality cookware, comfortable seating for 10 at a handmade oak (lacquered for ease of use) table and stacks of plates, glasses, plastic cups etc.  It is a great place for a special celebration with family and friends. It works equally well for a group of adults or for families with children.  There is a falcon range cooker, GE fridge freezer, ice maker and a full size bosch dishwasher. Outside there is a good sized, completely enclosed courtyard garden with Weber gas bbq and teak table and chairs for 10, parasol and loungers, and children's playhouse with table and chairs.

The house all opens onto the courtyard, so in the warmer months it becomes an extention of the house. Additionally there is another semi enclosed grassy garden with a football and goal.  A  generous paved space in front of the barn provides a good space for children to mess about on bicycles, scooters or tricycles with very few cars about.  Big Sky Barn has a real sense of seclusion and privacy, as it is on a private road with ample and secure parking just outside the front door. There is plenty of covered space to store your boats.  The accommodation is flexible and except for three steps and steps to the terrace, is all on one level, with super king or twin beds, according to your needs, and flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms.  It is semi-detached, but the private, enclosed garden is only partially overlooked and the generous interior is not overlooked.  We would appreciate it if any smoking is done outside. We also have two highchairs, and two travelcots available on request.
